How much space do you need at our office?
A boardroom or a clear area of roughly 3 m by 4 m with a power point is enough for a full portable studio. We arrive 45 minutes before the first slot to set up and test the light.
Can new staff be matched to the existing set later?
Yes. We record the lighting, backdrop and camera settings for your company, so new joiners can be photographed on the same setup — in-studio or at your office — and slot seamlessly into your team page.
What if some people cannot make the day?
We schedule a short catch-up session for stragglers, either at our studio or on your next booking. The consistent setup means their portraits still match the rest of the team.
